Re: Pilot Hiring 2025
Ontario's Private Career College Act states the following: PART V 16.2iii 2. The advertisement shall not contain a statement, image or video that, i. misleads or is likely to mislead the public, ii. guarantees admission to or successful completion of a vocational program offered at the college, iii....

Re: Flair pilot program
I assure you I have nothing to do with them. I'd be very interested to hear from anyone on here who does/has worked there, or any past/present students however. Anyone employed at Flair as well. It seems Tbaylx has exited stage right for several months now, not overly reassuring. Well, you have man...

Re: Flair pilot program
FurHat, Thanks for the balanced response. I do see Flair folding before I'm done as the biggest risk. That being said, I will still have CPL, ME/IR, etc. done and I could then go ahead and find work elsewhere. 30, I would say that this program just started, so no, no one has done it in 18 months or...

Re: Flair pilot program
Can they prove to you that they have EVER finished anyone's training in 18 months? The images I have attached of the grad stats speak for themselves. Where is your guarantee Flair will still be in operation by the time you have finished over paying for your training? I am also not sure how this prog...

Re: Flair Cadet Program Assessments
I would expect the program to be challenging, although selection is robust so candidates who enter the program are likely to be successful. Since we haven't run the first group of cadets through the program yet, comparing graduation rates of a completely different program is not very relevant. The ...

Re: Flair Cadet Program Assessments
LOL OK, I'll play your car manufacturer analogy game even though I think it is ridiculous. You are going to buy a car, lets say this car costs, I don't know, $165 000+++. You approach a dealer and they inform you that you may only have a 21.1% chance of actually receiving that car after starting to ...

Re: Flair Cadet Program Assessments
One claims that because one has several hundred applicants for 10 spots. Hence "highly competitive" Before paying for their training, will these 'several hundred' applicants be given an explanation as to why the graduation rate at genesis is significantly below the industry average? https://www.tcu...

Re: Flair Cadet Program Assessments
The entrance standards and program expectations are high and selection is competitive, with approximately 10 positions only available in the first year. Out of curiosity… how does one claim “highly competitive” when the organization has yet to run a class from end to end? One claims that because on...

Re: Flair pilot program
The quality of your flight training is largely determined by the quality of your instructor. If this is a airline professional developmental program do the instructors have 704/705 operational experience, or are they largely new Class 4's ? Significant It can be a mess for typical airline training ...
