Theres been a ground school every 3 weeks since January with 20 new hires, May 13th being the latest one. Hiring will pause for the summer though.

As others mentioned, it really depends on the interview and sim eval. I got in at 500 hours but I had multi-turbine time working up north. My friend who was a flight instructor also had 500TT, got an interview, did the sim eval but a couple days letter got the PFO email. Again there's going to be mo...

How long did it take for you to get the call after sim? Someone mentioned here 3 weeks after reference contacts so that's usually the average time? Or is it when a ground school spots open up?

Yes, just questions asking about your time, how many multi engine hours, instrument hours, iatra or samra/saron exams written. Then it's a follow up from a recruiter who will ask again about your hours then they'll book an interview with you.
