Theres been a ground school every 3 weeks since January with 20 new hires, May 13th being the latest one. Hiring will pause for the summer though.

The next business day after sim eval. The email after reference checks takes a couple weeks before offer letter.

It took exactly 19 days for me, from sim eval to job offer.

How long did it take for you to get the call after sim? Someone mentioned here 3 weeks after reference contacts so that's usually the average time? Or is it when a ground school spots open up?

Yes, just questions asking about your time, how many multi engine hours, instrument hours, iatra or samra/saron exams written. Then it's a follow up from a recruiter who will ask again about your hours then they'll book an interview with you.
