To be fair, the length of the apprenticeship depends on the school you attended. Going to ICS would require a four-year apprenticeship afterwards, but one of the colleges 2-year diploma programs would only require 2-year afterwards.

That made about zero sense, "the market should dictate wages" but "I think the workers are not worth as much as the market is paying"
