Hello, does anyone know of a good place or have experience renting survival/immersion suits and a life raft for flying over cold arctic water? Specifically the stretch from Kuujjuaq (CYVP) to Iqaluit (CYFB).

Is there such thing as a recreation pilot permit/license for helicopter (as with aeroplanes)? Or is PPL-H the "minimum" license that can be obtained? Does helicopter time count towards the commercial 200hrs for aeroplane?
