Aft CofG I think this is the one you are looking for(if it attached properly). Our fleet is KLN-90 equipped and we have had numerous failures of RAIM including full navigation loss on approaches when the prediction said no problem, luckily on overlays only so far. Also had failures on the RNAV STARs...

Boats use something very similar to the ELT. It is the Electronic Position Indicating Radio Beacon.
