There are too many instructors in labor market looking for a job. Working in 2 schools might end up with lost both jobs.

1. single engine operation ( very important, 70% of content is about this )
2. variable pitch system ( 10%)
3. ASDA (5%
4. POH climb performance 10%

better to have a recurrency checkride.
703 is quite difference with night VFR instructing. let alone you are class 4 FI.
