what about moncton? i heard they just got tons of new aircraft and are training pilots from china. It sounds like a good school, at least they're doing well financially

Things are a changing! The industry has never seen this kind of movement. Don't go up north and don't get an instructor rating, there are three companies at YVR south terminal that have all hired guys with less time than you have, and all three are still looking for more! if your in an airport with no control tower and there's an airplane coming in to land can you takeoff IFR or will you have to wait for that airplane to land?
