Thanks Bede...I had no idea this man was still alive. He was retired for 29 years. That's a lifetime.

Anyway I found it curious as the article pointed out that he never learned to fly. :)

Re: Northwest A320 overflies destination by 150 miles . . .

What does the FA call sound like in the 320? Apparently the FA's made numerous attempts to contact the flight deck with no response. Pretty hard to talk over that call chime in the aircraft I fly. I think the 320 it's a subtle "ping". very soft. In the Boeing as well...however I can't remember IF t...

Re: My buddy in Calgary needs a job, any suggestions?

In ALL seriousness...would this "tactic" also apply if someone went in there and asked for money for a 737NG type rating because Canjet advertised and got not one Canadian with this type rating? They don't pay it all, like 70% and if you can find a NG course at a canadian accredited (by their syste...

Go to the pogey office with a fresh haircut, covered up tattoos, no staples in your face, and talk to the nice lady that sits behind the pogey-receptionist-people-that-try to screen you out, and after waiting in the waiting room all day to see Mrs Career-training lady, tell her you've done a career...
