Awesome, thanks for the feed back guys. Does anyone know about how many pilots they have these days? I understand turnover is low, and had heard that before. Also, I see on pcc they have 2 conquests, wonder if they fly much or at all, or if it's just the encores.

I have an interview coming up with CMA and it is actually my FIRST interview, straight out of school.. does anybody have any tips for me, or suggestions of what has been asked in recent interviews? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
