Re: Air Georgian
What happens when "almost everyone" there suddenly realizes they still work at Georgian in 6 years still making bottom-feeding wages, flying clapped out RJ's & Dh8s, complaining that the only places to can go is for even less money (i.e., Encore, Rouge, Skyregional). If everyone thinks they're just ...

Excuse me? Confidentiality laws? That is an interesting perspective that holds no weight if you were made a witness to criminal activity to which you were inadvertently made a part of.

Re: Why WJ Pilots lost all my respect
I think that part of the "renumeration" for many of the pilots who join Encore is the opportunity to work at mainline WJ. After all, it is a continuously growing company that is potentially beginning to experiment with intercontinental flying. These Encore pilots value this because most other region...

Jersus H Christ.. if I have one more person ram that video in my face, acting like they're the first to discover it, I'm going to have to choke myself.
Enough already with the stupid video. Wow they spent a few bucks at best buy and managed to get more publicity in 3 days than Rob Ford.

Yeah that Modern Organic Products dude. There's a lot of them these days, but can you blame him? For the vast majority of its history, agriculture can be described as having been organic. Only during the 20th century was a large supply of new chemicals introduced to the food supply. Not to mention G...

If you want to virtually guarantee your chances of having zero desire to get into recreational flying beyond your initial flight training, just become an airline pilot. It'll beat the joy and freedom of flight right of out of you. Employers, Flight Training Units, Transport Canada and Unions do NOTH...

The best part is how they totally "curve-balled" the Ontario Government on the decision and announcement.
Dorval here we go! Ontario needs another scandal so it can flip-flop a bad government to another bad government again.

It was a great long shot for Porter but this thing will be dead in the water. There is no way that the city of Toronto will allow the island to get even one square foot larger for the purpose of an airport. It took the last decade for the city to realize it even had a waterfront, and now that it is ...

That's ok. They'll just hire more pilots for 38k a year. Everyone's still lining up, plus probably about 150 PFO'd pilots hoping for another shot at an interview. Upset old timer problem fixed.
