Perhaps you @#%&*s should consider the source...heres a guy who seems to want a better life. He lives in a country where the 2008 inflation rate was over 20%, the average annual income is only $2600 usd, 37% of the population lives below poverty, 10% is unemployed and those employed are likely invol...

Re: Calling out Hedley
I am confused as to why around 4000 of the 31000 aircraft in Canada aren't required to pay for Nav Canada services, even if they use the system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and others who never use the system once get charged a minimum of $68 Quoted from NavCanada Customer Guide to Charges NOTE...

Id like to poll how many here have gym memberships, pay insurance, Union fees, magazine subscriptions, fishing licenses, buy gas for their car...oh man, this argument is almost too foolish to exist...
All of the above require payment before using...if you dont use it, whose fault is that?

Good work Kirsten, I commend your bravery with this endeavor. I dont think the documentary was very well done, only because it opened a massive can of worms in a short amount of time...as a viewer I was confused as to what the shows focus was and what the average traveller could do to follow up the ...

As a licensed controller now, looking back, I would not have been able to afford taking that risk...I think the current situation of hiring is absurd. Imagine charging our military service people for their education/training...I would imagine there to be a lot less applicants...soon it will be like ...

CYJT is a waste of money and time. Close it down, and allocate the money for worthwhile projects like radar at CYDF, precision approaches to all main runways at all terminal airports. Taxiways at CYYT runway 29. etc...the money being wasted on approach beacons, ILS, radar site, airport upkeep is eno...

Where in the books does it say "Arrange flight to cross" is a clearance limit? Ok, well...to answer your question specifically, it doesnt say in the books that "arrange flight to cross" is a clearance limit because it isnt a clearance limit, its a control instruction. Im getting confused as to what...

Over the years, I've found the transcripts to have great educational value for both pilots and ATC, and I would support having Canadian CVR transcripts released. The difference is, ATC transcripts record only hotline, landline and frequency transmissions...I think you'd be singing a different tune ...
