Which popular bush plane have lowest landing speed? I mean common, popular type, not fancy experimental like 1000 HP 650 Sherpa.

Gentlemen,
which a/c will be comfortably go to/out of 1600 ft grass rwy at sea level? Summer temps max 25-30 C. Max 6 person incl. pilot and fuel for return 100 nm. There`s no obstacles both ends, just rye. Heard rumour PC12 can do it, is it true?

Flying 18 wheeler
Hello,
my son ask me what plane is similar to 18 wheeler truck, in terms of weight and capacity AW Argosy comes to mind, hovewer 18 wheeler have 1 driver, and Argosy have crew of 3 or 4. What are others "flying 18 wheelers" in your opinion?

Is it true that Goose drivers never set more than 25 MP with RPM less than 2100 because engine life? What about Beaver 29/1900 , 28/1800 . Engines are the same.

Found this, At maximum landing weight (carrying more weight in its cargo bay than the entire weight of a C-130), a C-17 has a landing approach speed of around 109 kts. It can land on a 90ft wide dirt runway at that weight in 2,500 feet. yeah I found it too, somebody quoting another guy, strange if ...

Hello, The biggest bush plane :P seems very mysterious, I`v tried to find exactly info about famous low speeds on approach and landing and without success. I don`t think that is classified information , sure Cold War is ended:-) Rather it is so huge range on speeds with various weight and conditions...

I`m not familiar with C-17, but 70 knots, even 100, sound like science-fiction. I think this kind of bird doing 115-120 low weights, and much more with MTOW. Any input from military guys will be appreciated.
