TCCA can't really touch you if you are unlicensed, but I suppose that if it was proved that you were negligent, they could fine you under the CAR's. Do TC inspectors have some sort of discretionary leeway in term of issuing a license? If someone if found to be at fault for an accident, I could see ...

What kind of apprentices are you hiring that they need to be supervised the entire time? Any apprentice worth hiring should be able to fly solo after a good amount of familiarization on the aircraft, aside from the occasional question and inspection by an engineer.

Iffy management...Worked for a company that had to take radios out of one of their twotters we redid so they wouldn't fly off with it without paying their $60000 refurb bill.

They're too lazy to go out and make money so they're trying to force change so they get it for free, if not a lot easier.
