anyone know what sort of hours recent hires had for direct entry FO?

a couple guys I know are looking to spend some time in the da42, how soon will you have it and who will the instructor be?

will it be available for solo rental?

Working as an instructor I had many female students, like Rowdy said they quite often lack the technical/mechanical knowledge. However, they definately made up for that with motivation and effort.

In the end, some of my female students turned out to be the best pilots!

Had a friend who worked for Sander for a couple years. Had nothing but great things to say about the company. Decent pay, benefits, etc

definately nothing wrong with rewarding someone for hard work. Just as long as the reward reflects the amount of work put in!

there definatley needs to be a limit on the x-wind that a pre-ppl student should be allowed to fly solo in. 5kts is too low as the student is sure to see stronger winds after they receive their ppl!
