If you really think AC mainline is going to consider you with 1000tt and a comercial lic, you are in for a shock.
Jazz is being realistic with the type of resumes they are getting.
Believe me, mainline will be looking for and getting 4000 + hrs.

I suppose if you are close behind another the jet wash could screw with the angle of attack indicator. I have had the AOA warning go of after de-ice and once we taxied for a minute or so it went away. If you are getting an indication like that and it does not correct its self back to the gate you go...
