Like we thought it is BS, AC has crew issues no more. That is understandable but my wife who fly's in our airplane was getting worried. should have flown her to Halifax at least ourselves.

Dornier on floats
A geologist friend, formally with Imperial Oil was in one of these Dornier's in the High Artic when they had an incident on landing. Not sure of any other details of the incident, but does anyone have any experience with them or who operated them in Canada?

Setting in Grand Canyon AZ and a CL 215 in MNR yellow and black colours went overhead towards the airport. Went out to the airport but no aircraft. Does anyone know who the operator of the aircraft might be and why did it do a approach to Grand Canyon tonight??

Put 0W30 engine oil into your car and it will start at -40C after sleeping at the side of the road. Been there done that, great memories.

Having worked at the Toronto Island Airport in the early 90's, Jack worked very hard to close down that airport and turn it into a subsidised housing. Naming the airport after him just doesn't fit.
