Re: Maylan closed?
I care about the situation at maylan. I care that the students and former staff get back every penny owed to them. There are staff from the london base owed THOUSANDS in severance pay, vacation pay and overtime. I care that EDITED all get jail time for their criminal actions, including fraud. I hav...

But the thing that bugs me the most, the absolute most, is that she has a phone but she texts instead of calling!?!?! Hahahaa.... exactly what I was thinking my frien...

Hi I'm supposed to be attending the University of Western Ontario this September for a program in the Geography field. From research I know the airlines prefer pilots with degrees (not sure about college diplomas to be honest :S). That is the ONLY reason I'm in that program. Due to personal and fina...

Re: University of Western? or Seneca?
My impression of the flight colleges is that you'll get an expensive (but well trained) CPL, and some assorted bits of paper that say 'Business Management' on them, but really don't amount to much. If you want to get a business degree, then go to a proper University and get one, and then do your fl...

Air shows in YXU area this summer 2010?

Re: UWO's BMOS - Commercial Aviation Management
What's the point of the UWO CAM? If you want to be a pilot.. it's not really for you. Airlines don't give a $hit what degree you have, as long as you have one. The degree just shows them intelligence. I livedin London, ON not too far from UWO. But.. instead of going for this program, I decided to ge...

Hi I have a friend that lives in South-Eastern Europe (in a country that was a part of former Yugoslavia). He's a very intellegent guy, who loves aviation and even has his own virtual airline. Like most people wanting to become commercial pilots, he has financial problems. I was wondering if there i...

I don't think he's talking about the airport only.. I think he's talking about the whole city due to the economic recession.

I don't know how to check that, sorry. But the G1000 belongs to Mooney Bravo, Cessna 172SP Skyhawk and Beechcraft Baron 58.
