The minimum hours mentioned in the ad does not say anything about 500 on type for direct entry. Any idea, if this (500 type) hours are required for the direct entry captains of not ?

Any body have idea if they are hiring direct entry capatins for 1900s?
Or, what is the upgrade time for the new F/Os?
