No pot stirring here, nor does this have anything to do with Canjet shifting crews around (thanks for the mini economics lesson ajet). I have many friends in various positions @ TS who have indicated that Canjet isn't meeting there performance obligations, hence jeopardizing themselves against loss ...

Cargojet's CEO and Executive team invoked pay cuts to themselves this fall.
N2, In the dire days of post 9-11 airline survivalship, Canada 3000 pilots (all employess actually) opted to work for free for months, just to keep the airline alive!
