If i'm not mistaken, there are a few people who posted earlier on this thread who predicted this situation horribly wrong. A good reminder of not to listen to everything you hear.

Check the updates on the unions website, new contract for the details of the seniority bid, therefore a chance to change your choices. Read carefully cause there's some interesting catches to it from what i can see.

I'm pretty sure our contract says that employees who do not graduate from NCTI are not included in the collective agreement, anyone know how the contract applies to the apprenticeship? Seems to me that the whole idea sort of contradicts how things are supposed to work within the bargaining unit.
