Re: Skyservice Business Aviation Sold
No, not really. I had some disagreements with some individuals there-those things are in the past. I should not have said what I did on this forum and I do sincerely apologize for the comments. I know it's a shi^^y excuse but a little resentment can go a long way with some alcohol. I am sorry, I'm n...

Re: sioux lookout
Well, I was working for one of the bigger players here in YYZ, now looking for something else since my a$$ got laid off. I'm an AME but have been in the office for the last little while which seems to work against me apparently...no one wants an AME with office experience, hmm!!!! Perhaps they will ...

Re: sioux lookout
YTH-It was the city I didn't like. Too many,,,,ummm,,,"social problems." I don't want to get back into that kind of situation-drunks walking out in front of you in traffic, going to the liquor store and not making it back to your car with all your booze lol.

Re: sioux lookout
I'm down here in YYZ right now, not really liking the city too much...I love to hunt/quad etc. But I also used to work in Thompson MB in the '80s and THAT didn't work out. Just trying to find a place sort of in the middle, ya know? Not too busy, not too slow

Re: maintenance signoff; when
Wrenches is right. Take an ELT for example, it'll need to be recertified again whether it sits on the shelf or is in the aircraft. Whatever date the recertifying AMO put on the ELT is when time starts. If you used your logic you could have it sit on the shelf for 10yrs, then install it, and 2 years ...

Re: The easter bunny is dead... (snap on killed it)
I've got several snap on boxes and a couple rollers. No probs! These things have been all over Canada and they've held up just fine. My crappy T roller in my garage is falling apart tho, and the furthest it's gone is the street lol. I even lost the keys to one of my snap-on rollers and my dealer ord...

Northern ON AMO's?
Getting tired of things here in YYZ and would like to head up to northern ontario. Northbay, Hearst, Temagami, Timmins, Earlton etc etc. Somewhere in that area. Anyone know of any amo's in those general areas? I know most operations will be small or mom/pop types without fancy websites and such, so ...
