Same here. I listened to it several times. Whatever he was trying to communicate, it was not coming through. Fortunately the situation wasn't worse

Bad luck for Pat Sr on the timing with the closing of YZF and then diamonds found the next summer.
I cleaned his driveway of weeds in '84 in LaRonge. Cleaned and Waxed a DHC6 there too with Bob.
Flew with John Bidwell in YZF on the -6

Maybe 15(?) years ago or so, we had to watch a couple of his videos followed by a simulator session
I remembered it as 'knights of the magenta"
Years later colleagues still talked about it.
Automation dependency. Very recommended!

Re: NT Air King Air Accident - Pilot Discussion Thread

Many years ago two of the companies I worked for each lost a turbo prop aircraft that had an engine oil problem.
Engine power was reduced to idle and both aircraft ended up with airspeed below Vmca on short final and didn't recover.

Due to recent budget cuts and the high cost of electricity, gas and oil, as well as the continued decline of the U.S. and other economies, The Light at the End of the Tunnel has been turned off.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

There is a new winery that opened this year, over looking the airport.
Might be nice to do a glass of wine there in the next bit?

We have a tahoe 195 with a 175 outboard, '07 and we really enjoy it. Mostly used as party boat, nice and wide. It has fishing seats and enough power for skiing or whatever. Top speed 80 kmh, more than enough for us. I prefer the outboard since we live on the water and have it on the dock as soon as ...
