Sorry Doc I should have been more clear. I meant times being close to equal. If the bush guy has comparable times to the instructor then I would certainly lean toward the bush guy. Basically I feel that bush time is more valuable than instructing by a significant margin.

Just my own opinion I would take a guy out of the ramp/bush scenario over the instructor 9 times out of 10. I also agree with what was stated before, instructing should not be an entry level job.
