I for one think a miniature service horse sounds awesome. As long as the animal can be secure during the flight, I don't see any harm in it... No worse than a dog, really. The TAF for the flight was light 'rein', which 'saddled' the pilots with extra work; they had to 'hoof' it to arrive on time.
