Re: All that's left..
I get up before sunrise and wander over to the plane with coffee in hand. I do my walk around, cleaning off bugs from the windscreen from the days work before. Engage the starter and allow 9 cylinders of deep rumble to come to life. As I take off with a full load, I over fly fog laying in low patche...

Re: Now it's really stupid - no cabin bags allowed
They are also saying you will have to remain in your seat for 1 hour prior to landing. So you can walk around and attempt to blow up a plane during the flight but not when preparing for landing? Where is the logic in that one? If it has come down to every passenger being considered a threat, when a...

Air Tractor also has airbags. There is also an STC to retro fit old AT's with them. Did they beat NASA to it? AmSafe Airbag Technology Now Standard On Air Tractor Ag Planes In use in commercial and general aviation for many years, airbag technology has now become standard equipment on all current pr...

By doing what Kirsten said in the 185 you can put a tremendous strain on the gear boxes, its better to make a large radius turn Absolutely. A large radius turn is standard finesse for ground operations. Along with rudder before braking. As for the original questions. If I were a betting man, I would...

Is there are CAR's reference out there for damage to persons or property? There is one for dropping objects, but maybe there is a CAR ref. for strictly causing damage to property.

Ah, he/she would be done for the season regardless. What's 10 days anyways. It's better seeing that over the ag pilots busted for the 8 hours bottle to throttle rule not too long ago.
All kidding aside. I do wonder why the suspension was given.

I don't know if I would recommend depriving the brain of oxygen for training or not. You would definitely have to look into the medical aspects of this recognition training to see if there were any short term or long term effects. Seems like a potential for brain damage.
