Has anyone ever done this type of flying?

Anyone on here ever used an airplane to fly over populated areas to detect leaks in cable television networks or similar type work? What companies are into that type of work and what aircraft do they find works best?

Re: CMA Incident in Rainbow Lake

I've had this stall horn many times (at rotation and during initial climb). In my experience it has been a stall vane contamination issue, or during times when i"ve used type 4 de-icing fluid. this fluid dosent shear until 100kt so sometimes if it was sprayed around the stall vane it could delay the...

looking for specs (BE20, B1900C)

Hi all,

I am looking for someone who can help with a few specs on the B1900C and the BE20.

Engines?
Fuel Burn?
TAS for flight planing?
OEW (cargo)?
Fuel Capacity?
Does the king air 200 have a cargo door or just an airstair, or is there a mod for such a thing?

Thanks

oceanic crossing

if you were going to cross the ocean in an airplane without an IFR certified GPS, what would the procedure be for nav, reporting, and the such? are there special permits required?

its low level, 10 000 feet and below and no INS on board......

First of all, get rid of the York machine, its old and out of date, if you are near a gym, that is the best way to go. The gym atmosphere is unbeatable.
