The B200 has 2 bleed air valves per engine.

One Environmental and one Instrument (pneumatic).

When you gang bar, the environmental valves close and the Instrument valves will stay open (this is so that you still have air driven instruments when you gang bar.)

By looking at the schematics, this doesn't make sense. As soon as the current limiter was fixed, the Number 2 avionics worked again. Everything else worked, Number 2 Inverter, Vent Blower.
