Hopefully they look at YVR for the Asian Flights and not YYC also hoping the 787 Order has been put in but rumours are its used 777 they are looking at for future expansion after 767 retirement.

90 WB? At staffing of 20 per that would be be 1800 pilots. Add to that 110-120 NB staffed at 14 per and that will be close to 3500 pilots. Like I said in my previous post anyone joining Encore is Guaranteed a course as soon as there is one you will be put in and after that you get ACA right away.

The guys who signed up with Encore from the start initially were bumped to the top of the pay scale from what I have been told so they are sitting at around 33 or more an hour plus the ACA pay.
