The patient would be in the incubator, if the mother is also a patient she would be on her own aircraft with her own set of Paramedics. If mom is not a patient and is ambulatory then she would be an escort and sit in one of the seats on the aircraft that is transporting her child.

Lost Lake, The point is, if both patients require a higher level of care than just primary then they will both require medical attention by two Paramedics. Sure, a Metro might be big enough to carry them all but you still need to staff the aircraft with 4 Paramedics. In a hospital setting, if both b...
