dashx, The breakers were installed when I started there. I would think that they were installed when the heaters were installed. The procedure was that if you were going to tail a -8 into that corner, turn the breaker off before towing the plane in, this allowed it to cool down before putting the ta...

Run your scotcbrite wheel over the points of the diamond pattern in the jaws, that'll smooth them out a bit and reduce the nicking.
Tape won't stay on.
