Re: Its about time...ULCC's are dead.
You actually believe this? Almost funny as WJs growth plans. C suite gaslighting you with pure copium before they pull the plug. They've been pulling the plug since 2016 though right? 8-9 years later that plug seems to be still intact. Didn't I just respond to another genius post of yours? Not a br...

Re: Pilot Hiring 2026
Focus on building quality experience, staying current, and preparing well for the interview. AC hires real people with real histories — not perfect resumes. Space Waves Game Couldn’t be more further from the truth. AC hires you based on who is willing to put up with the deplorable QOL, and how hard...

Re: Pilot Hiring 2026
Does anyone know how many ground schools AC is doing a month? 3 classes a month for the next 30 years. Read previous posts. If you’re actually a real person. This has been discussed 645 times previously. You beat me to it.. On page 1 of the Air Canada forum, there are a whopping 17 threads on the t...

So wait, you totally agree that he made some good points, yet in your reply to his post you mocked him for said points. I don't get it. Do YOU take a deep breath when you reply? Sigh… Here we go again. I can’t believe I have to spell this out again but here we are. Maybe take a minute to look up th...

Let’s take a read of the below post you made in response to golden eagles post! Read it again. And to save another useless comment on this thread, senior ≠ AC. As I said, deep breaths, might help avoid… whatever that was. So wait, you totally agree that he made some good points, yet in your reply t...

Re: When will hiring start again?
Just get it done as fast as possible. You can't time it for when you might get that call, and the sooner you start working anywhere, the sooner you'll get that job that you actually want. Don't procrastinate, be ready to catch the wave, because you never know when it actually arrives I know my chan...

Re: Flight Attendant strike vote opens on July 28th
AC FAs already have duty day -4hrs which helps reduce unpaid time at work in the event of delays and 50% premium for DOT which is 50% pay override on the whole day if going over 13 hrs. Perhaps they could get duty day -3.5 as an improvement? There is no way AC agrees to current rates + 40% raises +...

Re: Did Air Canada pilots really take concessions in this negotiating climate?
Ain't that the truth brother! Like anyone who criticizes having the worst reserve on earth somehow got PFO'd from the same airline that has guys jerking off on trains or sucking dick through holes in sheets or praising death to Jews in uniform. Some people need to get off their high horse and give ...

Now that the government has sold all of its shares in Air Canada, maybe L.TO (Loblaw) will buy it and the pilots will fly for Air No Name. Surprise! Re: Political Messaging on Uniforms
Today an FA was wearing a NDTR (National Day for Truth and Reconciliation) pin on her uniform. Let me be very clear—political messaging of any kind has NO place on company uniforms, regardless of the cause. This kind of behavior is a distraction from the professionalism expected in a workplace envi...

Only problems I've ever hear of are if you get the fat east Indian lady for your medical, and there are lots of bad stories from her. Otherwise it's a straight forward medical exam. If you get her, she'll penetrate you with her finger, and continue bending you over for months afterwards with useles...

You know if there ever was a time for all Canadian pilots to band together to improve WAWCON nationally, it's now. Instead we pretend to do it but still revert to bickering and defending our respective carriers, throwing shade any chance we get at each other. We will never get what we truly want, o...

Re: Why everyone runs to AC?
I decided to pursue a career as a pilot with Air Canada for several reasons. Firstly, the airline offers unparalleled job security and lifestyle flexibility, which are crucial considerations for any pilot. Moreover, the pension benefits provided by Air Canada are substantial; projections indicate t...

Re: Why everyone runs to AC?
The first 4 years flat pay is dog shit, that's why negotiations for a new contract are underway. And to be honest, even we don't get a "World Class Contract" the majority are staying, and new pilots will continue to join. The unmatched job security and pension benefits at AC are significant factors...
