I wonder if transport finally was forced to do there job after they lost most of there flying because of safety violations. I'm very happy the owners got lucky and didn't kill anyone.

The RJ Captain was charged against the wishes of the rampie but at that point it was out of his hands. Generally you don't charge someone with assault unless the victim agrees to the charges. A stat that comes to mind is 3% of ATPL's are held by females. 4% of Air Canada pilots are female.

People have been hired in the past with no ATPL, but not any more. ATPL is a hard requirement.

You probably claimed it wrong. It is an employment condition, before I paid mine I got my employer to fill out a conditions of employment tax form. It comes off as an employment expense.

1 Some 100's have oil preasure lights, I flown ones with after market ones.
