I have a question?

I would like to know if a Class 1, 2, or can still freelance in Ontario without being associated with a FTU. I have my own airplane and want to get my private, night, commercial. Then I want to sell the single and buy a twin and get a multi IFR and build some time. I heard that maybe they can't feel...

From my understanding all the proceeds of the law suit goes to the lawyers and the insurance company. Skyward received a payout from the insurance company back in 2001 so they would not get any money from the law suit. It has been my experience that the insurance company suited to get back the money...

I am pretty sure that all the money is going to the insurance company as they were the ones who sued Cessna. The insurance company would of paid out Skyward when the accident happened.

Besides the only people who win in a case like this one is the lawyers.

Hey Flyingthebug I am not against Doc but I have been on the receiving end of a TC witch hunt and when everything was said and done I won my case. It cost me a lot in both time and money so call me a fool but I am not willing to beleive everthing TC says. If everyone had taken TC's side I would not ...

Well Doc, it is because you seem to been preoccupied with Skyward. I only made the commitment about the tribunal because I was a Skyward employee and I want to know the truth and not just the BS that is being thrown around. I too lost my job and if in fact the owners were at fault then I want to kno...

You know, it is a good thing that everyone on this site has a handle because in real life they could be sued for not getting the facts right before posting. I have been reading Av Canada for awhile and it never ceases to amaze me how may people have opinions on BS facts. I am here to tell you that t...

Wrong Information

As I read this thread I can not believe the amount of wrong information that is going around. Firstly, the courts have $90,000 held in trust for all the remaining pension payments. Secondly, you pension is still in tack including the Skyward matched portion. All anyone has to do is phone the pension...

Hey "salsa dancer" if you in fact went thru some Ontario finds then you already know who Joel is? Why not post the last name? In fact why not post what the company name is and what type of license they are applying for? What is the company address? If you are going to make this type of statement you...

Things never cease to amaze me. Centerstored I think you should read what CCAA means. There are several sites on the web that you can enlighten yourself. Yes, they can sell assets to help them get back up and running. As for all the little birdies, as you put it, it is in there best interest to have...
