Re: Flair Suspending Growth Plans amid Delivery Delays and Debt
I heard a large number of Flair pilots are getting interviews at Air Canada. Maybe the employees are seeing the writing on the wall too.

Re: Is this the first AIP to not be in the benefit of the company?
We have two moron pilots still on the negotiating committee. ACPA or ALPA ain’t gonna change that negotiating shit house. Again…..we are playing checkers while the company is playing chess. ALPA is gonna fix that? Oh wait, they went for negotiations training. To negotiate against lawyers? Pfff. We g...

Re: bumping first class passengers for deadhead crew
First of all, you were not booked in First Class. Air Canada hasn’t sold a First Class ticket in over 25 years. As well noted above, Captains, First Officers and Augment First Officers are contractually given a Business Class seat when DeadHeading. RPs in Economy, pending space in Business or Premi...

Re: bumping first class passengers for deadhead crew
Don’t worry already found it in your contract. It’s online. Thanks. Don’t forget who is getting you to your destination safely. Sometimes we deadhead one way to operate back while doing a 12 hour duty day in shit weather. I’d personal like a well rested pilot at the controls…..and remember, it’s no...
Re: Be Ready
Hey WestJet pilots…..all you need to know is Air Canada pilots are rooting for you! We are going to be in the same boat this year. Time to have some pilot unity. Go get ‘em!
Re: Be Ready
I just hope the union is careful when it comes to a strike. If they tried to strike during may long the government would 100% force them back to work. They shouldn’t strike all at once. It should be introduced in phases. For example 20% of the work force on rotating strikes through out the week. 20...

Not sure if you have access to Reportlink but the YVR Chair is getting line indoct because he lost his qualification due to NOT flying. Re: Federal Funding On its way?
I find it absolutely staggering how against funding for the airline industry the public seems to be. Granted, I only have anecdotal evidence but one just has to take a look at the replies to that tweet to get a glimpse. People seriously don't want a single tax dollar going to AC or any other carrie...

Re: Westjetters back Regional Airline 91% say yes
Most pilots are fighting to protect their flying, West Jet gives it away. It will be your undoing. Wait till you vote on the 787 going to the other low cost international operation. Can't wait to see how that turns out. You have all sold out every pilot in Canada. My hats off to you all! Outstanding...

Sounds like it won't matter anyways....company is starting a low cost carrier without the pilots.
Looks like we will all be out of work soon if the rumours are true.

Re: 50 Q400 at WJ being farmed out
Funny to watch the low cost want to become the major and the major want to become the low cost. We are all doomed. You can all bicker back and forth over why one airline is better then the other but when push comes to shove we are all pilots doing the same job and we are all screwed!
