Don't even bring up your age. Just walk in and say, "I want to rent a plane."
this...
What does "this..." mean. Are you saying to do this? Or not do this?

He was definately suggesting to do that.

Re: High Blood Pressure

I don't think the coversyl is fixing me but maybe my doc will try something else. I need to find a fitness buddy that will harass me if I'm not at the pool three times a week.

What are you taking Schooner69?

Fantastic bump. I watched one doing touch and goes at Springbank. I think it was last year but might have been 2017.

You were planning to go, why not just go to one of the other years?

For those without a time machine in the Guelph region, Tiger Boys have an open house most years.

Definately Harv's. You might want to wait until March or April if you are not used to winter though.

Excellent point 8895. Find out how much drinks are at "The Top Hat."

My brother inlaw was complaining about $18 cocktails being typical last night and he lives quite close to Mountroyal Unicollege.

I don't like the sounds of 30 degrees intentional off course for a half hour, when you're worried about making it on your self described barely legal reserve.

If you were on track you might be flying out of range of that destination. Sounds scary.

Re: High Blood Pressure

I'm a bit annoyed about how everything is so difficult to find information on. I went to a new doctor a while ago and she panicked and wanted to feed me some pills. This might be fun if there was better information about them. I have been prescribed coversyl. I have not made it to the pharmacy so I ...

I self reported when I detached my retina. I'm thinking it was a bad idea but am just too honest so I will probably repeat. I have not talked to them recently but they are stressing me out. Can't be good for my hypertension. I'm going to phone and ask maybe tomorrow. Good luck c-GGGQ. You seem like ...

I was not throwing out a guess. They sent out a letter explaining the reason for billing just before it started. Just because that reason no longer exists does not make my statement into a guess.

Re: Tie Down etiquette at a new airport.

I was tempted to buy a hangar that was for sale several years ago at "Kirkcaldy?". It was only $80,000 but needed some pretty big repairs to the roof. I kind of figured I could not afford to fix it up. Would have been cool though. The airport at the actual town of Vulcan is not the commonwealth air ...

Re: Tie Down etiquette at a new airport.

I heard the Star Trek museum moved from Vulcan to Drumheller. I don't even know how you would check on such a rumour but thought I would post. I think the ship is still in Vulcan though. You might want to check out both. Have fun.

It's a new thing they started in the 1990s. It pays for the AIP updates they stopped mailing out.

I've heard about this moderation thing. The wife and canines got over excited and wanted to go every day looking for a few. It is an excellent way to get us off the furniture. Never got into hiking but going to look for a hidden box to write on seems much more fun. I really like moving the travel bu...

Well, looks pretty good, China has come a long way. Canada seems to be going the other way. Oh well, maybe I can teach my kids to make pot metal trinkets or good soup and chicken's feet, so they can make a living in Canada. How much is it going to cost. Sorry Bombardier, I always loved your machines...

I'm not trying to be mean but I might come off that way. You can log it anyway you like. Transport might disagree. I would log it PIC if you have the FAA cert. Enjoy the flights and just fly the extra hours if they require it toward CPL. Nice job if you are flight testing under the required hours. I...

Have you considered making one of those wasp traps out of a pop bottle? Put a little butter or meat in it. I'm not sure if flies are better at escaping them or not but could be worth a try.

Funny you mention that. First few days they loved it. Our son even put on a pirate hat. Soon enough the wife and I got too excited and went too often now they dread it.

Those are better with Yakity Sax playing. Maybe I just watched too much Benny Hill as a teen.
