Re: Mandatory Retirement Repeal Passes 2nd Reading in Parlia
Ray, you are no closer to returning to the line than you were when this started. the BFOR is still being sent back to the divisional courts and this bill will change nothing. The fact that you waited till 2006 to bring this to our attention, still signals the self serving attitude you and the fly pa...

Re: Mandatory Retirement Repeal Passes 2nd Reading in Parlia
moral change? give me a break. you have advanced in your profession because of the same rule you seek to destroy. dont talk to me about morals. We have had this vote before and the vast majority dont want fly past 60. Again this is a long way off and lets face it Ray and his gang needed something to...

Re: Mandatory Retirement Repeal Passes 2nd Reading in Parlia
rockie.this is far from over...there are many appeals left. nothing is going to change until the BFOR issue is resolved, which will be handed down by the supreme court. lots of time left for us dedicated ACPA memebers to defend what the membership wants. Attempting to 'out' other users is against fo...

Re: thwaites decision
the spin on this is simple.......the ruling was contridictary on purpose. he was inviting an appeal as he clearly wasnt comfortable making a precedent setting ruling with his name attatched to it. make it vague, one that you can drive a truck through and someone else, preferbly a group or people can...

Re: Federal Court Decision re V-K JR, February 3, 2011
the company is not going to want over sixty. if Vilven and Kelly are any indication as to how there training will go there will be huge issues. Both of these two still have not made it through. Both have required extra training through the whole course.

Re: CHRT Remedy Ruling?
bad attitude eh? how about us listening to how you 60+ crowd have claimed human rights violation when your motives are pure greed. When V+K were in flight ops both were bragging about how they will stay on for six monthes and retire under their own terms. It makes it hard to take you guys seriously....
