Gary Hillman does a course in Red Deer. There's many types of systems out there, do lots of research and watch lots of youtube. Stewarts system is a good product as well as HIPEC out of Edmonton.. What kind of plane is it and where are you located?

Exactly, look how many you went through... Shoulda bought a DC... Not necessarily true, I bought two DC X11's around 2009 and had a very similar problem with a loose connection inside the controller. I was offered a $500 trade in towards a new headset since they were discontinued and didnt have any...

Are you a member of shortwingpipers.org? They have plans and lots of information on the conversion..
Also, not sure where you are in Canada but bbiaviation does conversions as well..
