Go in with the intention of buying somone else out and learn everything you can about their operations, get copies of all financial records and then start up competition right next door!

I didn't think there was much going on there these days. Not very busy. Only the owners and maybe one other pilot on staff.

703 is only allowed 120 hours in 30 days unless they have the ops spec for increase in flight time.....keep in mind if you are a flight crew member on call then it's only 100 hours which can not be increased with the ops spec.
