Hey all! 2 flights (9 hours) in a Conquest, and so far so good. ANR on high is excellent, much better than the Clarity Aloft with custom ear molds I was using previously. Spare batteries on hand would be a necessity. I'm considering ear molds for the Proflight as well, but so far, don't see the need...

Stay away from Dr Pearlman. Both expensive and, well....just stay away.

2nd vote for Briggs & Riley. Expensive, but worth it. The last carry on bag you will ever need. Will fit overhead and under most seats.

Dr Rohan is mostly bilingual, enough to be workable. Good doctor, reasonably priced (for Montreal), ECG can be done in his office. Dr Theriault also does FAA Medicals and is very thorough. Another is Dr Pearlman, but he's expensive and I found him to be not so good. Wouldn't go back to him but YMMV....

Check the reviews on Amazon before ordering. In a lot of ways, the D2 Bravo is crippled, especially if you're outside the US.
