Consider rolling over and going back to sleep for a few more hours before you tap out another one of your incomprehensible posts.

Re: Stolen/Hijack Victoria Flying Club 172 lands in YVR
The flight to YVR was 40 minutes.
The nearest 18's are in Cold Lake. Call out, ground crew pre-flight, Pilot pre-flight, start sequence, taxi, launch and flight time to Vancouver.
You want full afterburner with those fries ya mooyack.

Re: Dreamliner Down in India
It's my understanding that the FO was pilot flying and the captain was pilot monitoring.
Make of that what you will but my mind is made up about who actioned the fuel control switches from run to cutoff and who returned them back to run.

I see now that the thread was referring to the Addison, TX crash where the precipitating cause was suspected to be the uncommanded roll-back of the left engine, also at take-off, followed by the pilot thr...

Have you considered applying to the TSB?
Perhaps they could better understand the unusual language you tap away in.

This is not about assigning blame. That is up to the TSB and NTSB.

TSB and NTSB do not assign blame. They investigate to determine probable cause and all other contributing factors.

Seems a convenient way to position some of fleet down south then bring back the stranded folks on the back haul, no?

Curious if they are flown by contract pilots. My understanding was that any aircraft operated by or in support of the RCMP had to be piloted by Air Service Members.

Curious if they are being flown by contract pilots. I believe aircraft operating in support of the RCMP must have a regular service member at the controls.

I read "low and over in PSP" then "for the museum".
Pima Air and Space is 340 miles from Palm Springs then it's 150 back to Lake Pleasent.
Not doubting what you saw on FR24 but a 500-mile scenic on dodgy engines?

Re: Mars flies again
Avweb reported that the fly-past over San Diego was scrubbed and she went direct to Lake Pleasent northwest of Phoenix where it will eventually be hauled out, partially disassembled and trucked to Pima Air and Space. No mention of a jolly over Palm Springs.
