TC is buying seats on WS to the point we can add 3 additional aircraft (lease extensions) to Southern routes. They've already been buying seats on us - predominantly in Western Canada - and have found the arrangement to be beneficial for them. It certainly is for Westjet. Great news for us.

I get the sense more employees are bracing for CCAA. I don't see that as an option for the short-term. AC has money in the bank and, while it isn't making money, is approaching the summer season which is typically where money is to be made. If anything, CCAA isn't likely until at least winter.
