Hey there,
I was just researching online about subsidized pilot training in Canada. I was wondering if anyone has heard of a 1 year program in Canada that is subsidized? The only ones I have found so far are 2,3,or 4 years (Confederation,Sault, Seneca Colleges.)

E-Jets at air canada
I heard from an AC pilot the other day, that the embraers are loosing quite a bit of money for the company (with the 175 only breaking even with a full load). This could pose problems for AC because they own 60 of them, any news or speculations on what will happen with the e-jets?

AC hires quite a bit from the two - CMA and georgian, others at that level would be bearskin or regional 1( and other dash8 operators). Jazz supplies a few, although you are not elligable(at least in 2007) for AC from jazz, until you have worked at least 2 years at Jazz (AC knows it dose not make se...
