I thought there was going to be a shortage of AME's, and needing to fill that gap in the near future; least that is what I was told in school.... that there is a high demand for apprentices... ???

There are really only 2 companies that have seperate "line" and "overhaul". westjet and Air Canada. All the other smaller companies do most everything themselves to one extent or the other. So for now - just forget about that and get yourself a job. Do yourself a favor a go over to Sunwest on Tues....
