We're hiring soon - R44 pilots
Hiring one pilot and one pilot in waiting with guaranteed hours on our R44 this season. Looks like it'll be a later start, sometime in July (we hope) operating until the end of October with the possibility of non-flying hours for the rest of the year. With safety as our primary goal, we operate tour...

Re: Nolinor is offering to pay for pilot training
I no longer work for Nolinor, but this program for their employees (while it surely comes with a bond), appears legit, and it's the presidents cell phone number in the reply in the thread. I can further state that he's the kind of guy that would want people to call him directly.

Re: Fly Sarvaq
@realitychex - You're absolutely correct, so if someone had a Porsche or Miata, and they wanted to start a taxi business a few evenings a week to compete against the already existing taxi business, their unit cost may be higher. Perhaps though, they could start with a few evenings, with the idea of ...

Re: Fly Sarvaq
@RealityChex -You're correct on your posting in regards to the details posted about WestJet, but you're missing the point on what a joint venture is. There is no middleman, this is a case of an airline and their partner launching passenger service in a market that's been rattled by a consolidation t...

Re: Fly Sarvaq
There are dozens of tour companies that charter airlines and then sell individual seats in Canada. This isn't a new concept, and I can't speak for NewLeaf, but rest assured that it is legal and well researched. Another northern airline has been operating this way for many years under various marketi...

Re: New Air Service coming to Waterloo-Region
I can confirm it's not Nolinor. The address is the same one that's been used a few times in previous ventures that didn't make it off the ground, but could just be a coincidence?

Re: The importance of 126.70 calls....
Howdy folks. In Canada, and aviation all over, we have many people from various backgrounds, with various accents. While one pilot from our team may have made a mistake, which is being investigated by your safety folks, in conjunction with ours, it'd likely be helpful if you didn't generalize that t...

Re: 5T/7F Merger called off
You're not too far off. except for the hate on for 5T part. I think they're great, I fly on them often, and have a lot of friends over there. They've made some incredible strides over the past few years and have done a great job to grow both in the north, and more impressively, in the south. So, no ...

Re: 5T/7F Merger called off
I think there have been valid points raised on both sides of this little chat you guys are having but there are a few points missed.. 1. Revenue does not equal profits, so even if you're running all the charters you can to the oil patch, the 5 percent profit can disappear in one day of having to fer...

Re: DILEMMA - NEED ADVICE !
Hey there. While the schedule is still tough, we've added a lot of pilots to the group, and we don't do any African deployments these days, so worst case scenario, you spend a few weeks in Kitchener rotating through Iqaluit every second day. Lots of hours, and good, safe, equipment to drive. We're a...

Seeking B737-200 rated pilot in India
Long story, but we're urgently seeking a qualified FO for a 737-200 ferry flight out of India. Ideally, it would be someone already in country there, but that's just a dream. Anyhow, if anyone has any friend in India with the licenses to fly a 737-2, please contact me.

Re: Perimeter crash - Nunavut Dec 22,2012
Dear Ramjet555, Your comments may or may not have some merit but to present them the day after an accident in which a family lost their 6 month old is disgusting. Hiding behind the anonymous web forums, accusing the pilots across this country of being alcoholics and drug users and the companies out ...

Re: Canadian north to buy first air
It is true that I am now working with Nolinor, and also that we're in the process of importing at least one hercules. It remains to be seen if there will be two, but everyone over here is excited to get the first one on-line, especially me. I do miss my friends at 7F every day, but couldn't be more ...
