The dispatch exams were very similar to the IATRA/ATPL exams. I used to the Aerocourse material, and did well on them. Obviously you'll want to know MET inside and out, as one of the exams is strictly based around MET. I wish I could remember more....difficulty-wise, they are up there with the ATPL ...
