Re: Air Tindi Fatal TSB Report To Be Released March 20, 2013
Too bad that the only thing they can test you for without just case is Alcohol. Drug testing tech can not tell if you are impaired. It can only tell if you have been exposed and some drug exposure can show up for longer then others. ie THC. There is enough case law to protect you from drug testing d...

Re: Thunder does not accept 337 time?
I read it right the first time. "Note that Cessna 337 time does count to your multi requirement!" So re read my post and in the first line "why 337 time would not counts towards multi". What about a counter rotation or a plane with a VMC lower then the stall?

Thunder does not accept 337 time?
I have to ask why 337 time would not count towards multi? There are 2 engines and you do need a multi-engine rating to fly it. The only difference is no VMC and adverse yaw. Most pilots don't have engine failures on a regular basis and the procedure is the same but you would have to be a bit more ca...

However to work year round most likely will be working out of country for a froegin op unless its borek (correct me if I am wrong) . I would also h...

Re: MPIC piston VS Single Turbine PIC on floats
Thanks for the replies. I was thinking that the MPIC would have the most benefit for my career as well, with wje starting up there should be some movement in that market. The only down side to the move is a pay cut but I feel like I will get stuck in a rut if I keep hanging around the single engine ...

MPIC piston VS Single Turbine PIC on floats
Looking for a bit of advice. I have 2600tt, 2400somthing PIC, only 200h (100MPIC) is twin time the rest is single engine PIC in the bush with 700h on floats. I have the opportunity to fly MPIC on a light piston twin VFR or Single Turbine on Floats. I do at sometime want to move out of seasonal flyin...
