There is potentially about to be an exodus of 737 pilots from CDN North (FO's in particular) given the loss of charter/sked flying, layoffs and uncertain future direction under EIC. In the past year, a DFO, a CP and the VP of Flt Ops have all left 5T as well.

Submitted my renewal application a month ago (mine expires end of this year and hoping 5 months is enough time to get it processed )
