Medevacs are exempt from the new duty regulations.
Medevac operations has its own section in the CAR's for duty regs in 703.

I would imagine the 4.2 mil is just to have the plane available. Mileage, ramp fees, deice, and fuel would be on top of that.

Hoping Thermabright THRM.V and Medmira MIR.V can gain some traction, might be a help to the airline industry once their product can hit full swing. Both are rapid covid tests. Therm being based on a saliva test, with 15minutes for results, and medmira using antibodies.

Re: Can GA Aircraft Taxi under RVLOP?

There are no special authorizations for LVOP/RVOP. The Special Authorization would be RVR1200 or RVR600. So if a general aviation airplane would like to takeoff with rvr1200 they would need a POC with the special authorization. Now for this particular scenario I am assuming the tower is open so yes ...

Or get a Bose QC25 or 35 and the uflymike. That way when you are commuting you can plug into the back and only have to carry one headset.

If you are using the last database and the new one just came into effect yesterday, then yes you can use the oid database for enroute, as long as way points are confirmed. No you can't use an expired database to do approaches. Current approach must be loaded into gps.

Get a King air 350 and put the -67's on it from blackhawk aviation. They say it will do 340kts TAS at FL280, and 325kts at FL350!!! With an older one you put G1000 in it, then you can put 9 pax in it full fuel and bags. Next best one is the B200, it can have a take off weight of up to 14,000lbs in t...

It is over 12500 and you need a type rating should still lock in your ATPL when you get enough time! Where did you read that it won't can you put a link in please. Very interesting. J Excuse my ignorance, but what does being "over 12,500" have to do with anything? It needs a Type Rating because it ...

Re: King Air 200 modifications?

Conquest driver is correct, operating with 9 or less seats allows you to operate 703. As well as exempts you from having to use TOFL, Centex now publishes a takeoff distance chart, so the only time you will need to use the TOFL is for a take-off below 1/2 mile.
