Re: New Website For Recruitment

I did the assessment 2 days ago. The website doesn't give me a date 18 months out that was just from the email. Update: I emailed ATS Careers asking for clarity in the discrepancies between the new and old website. Their response said 18 months is the new norm and there is a cutoff point in the scor...

I agree. I read somewhere in the NavCanada info pages that you write an Essay to give them an idea of why you want to work for them. I've applied, and completed the online assessment but I saw no place to put an Essay.

Re: Osoyoos Airport

Thanks I_Drive_Planes. I'll look around on Google to see if I can find something that I could use to anchor with in the future.

kevind, Kamloops FSS told me about the NOTAM, and how to avoid it. The NOTAM doesn't write off Osoyoos Airport for anyone else who wants to head up there while it's active.

Osoyoos Airport

Hey all,

This weekend I'm supposed to be going to Osoyoos Airport for the first time. I vaguely remember reading (somewhere) there are tie down options there but I can't find any more information. I was hoping to tie down there for the weekend. Does anyone have first hand experience?

Re: Flying after RW PPL

Ok, I had to login. Where at ZBB could I do a fam flight? I can't find anything about helicopter training for ZBB. I have my fixed wing PPL but I'm thinking about Helicopters. I thought my only option for a fam flight was Abbotsford or Langley.
