Be very careful here. You need to make sure that you are authorized to work in foreign countries. Too many operators promise you the moon but when it comes to actually doing something for ya they disappear.

Edo, I think chubbee used the wrong word there (whim). When an AME signs a maintenance release his/her signature is a legally binding contract between himself/herself, the employer, Transport Canada and everyone who flies in that aircraft. That maintenance release signature will remain with the airc...

I don't know if this will be any help or not but you could open an online petition to see how far this can go. All that is required is an email address and you can sign the petition anonymously if you'd like. This would allow friends and family to become involved or you could leave it as an Industry...

Just an idea but why not setup a charter to carry all the banned liquid beauty products that can't go into carry on luggage. It will be a niche market to start and before you know you'll be carrying laptops, cell phones and ipods. Because who really wants to put their laptop in checked baggage. You ...

The Top 10 Unintentionally worst company URL's

Can't take credit for this but it is funny and thought I'd share. 1. A site called ‘Who Represents‘ where you can find the name of the agent that represents a celebrity. Their domain name… wait for it… is http://www.whorepresents.com 2. Experts Exchange, a knowledge base where programmers can exchan...

Now I may be wrong here but if I remember correctly the GTAA offered Fedex some enticements (No Curfew slots) to move the operation to YYZ. Originally this was a trial period but appears now to be a signed commitment from the GTAA and Fedex.

The only problem with that is the YYZ Curfew besides Cargojet is flying out of YYZ too! Seems like someone is trying to stir the pot on this one and should get more facts.

Someone also mentioned that all the tech information was stored there, so I guess all the information on the crashed plane would have burnt up too..

According to Sabena Technics all Technical Records are kept in a building closer to the city and their main office.

Isn't that the way they treat the entire populace. - regimented and programmed by the state? You make this sound as if they are all brainwashed. Are we not brainwashed in thinking we are free to choose? You will work now, here is the transport , you will sleep now, here is the bed, you will eat now...
